The sublime and the ridiculous.
Before I went into tech in 2013, there was Journalist Andy: a multi-platform storyteller on staff at CNN, PBS/KQED and The Wall Street Journal, reporting and producing across radio, TV and online, and equally at home in front of and behind the camera.
Addicted to the wonky and whimsical. Born in Japan, raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia (which my family almost owned), studied classics and ancient Greek, obsessed with re-purposed wood and with content that has a purpose.

Technology, politics, the environment and the economy took me well beyond the newsroom.
